On October 9, Feeding America announced on social media that the singer of “Look What You Made Me Do” had donated $5 million for relief efforts. The money will go directly to Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton victims.

In a social media statement, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, CEO of Feeding America, expressed her gratitude to Taylor Swift for her generous donation to the organization during Hurricane Milton.

“Taylor Swift’s $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts is greatly appreciated. People impacted by these destructive storms will receive vital food, clean water, and supplies thanks to this donation, which will aid in community recovery and reconstruction,” she wrote.

“Together, we can make a real impact in supporting families as they navigate the challenges ahead,” the statement went on. We appreciate your support of communities in need and your solidarity with us in the fight to eradicate hunger, Taylor.

Swifties also expressed gratitude to Taylor for her help.
