“At night, I wash my face twice. I also do facial steaming, but not every day. I believe steaming daily isn’t beneficial for the skin. I usually steam two or three times a week,” she shared.

She mentioned, “I had never been informed about the ingredients in my products. I decided that I would take control of what I can and change my approach. So, skincare and makeup became my top priority.”

She shared, “I’m not a fan of pushing myself too hard. I prefer low-impact workouts and focus on functional movements. I enjoy yoga, pilates, and I make it a point to walk every day. I’m all about taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Our bodies need to stay active, but that doesn’t mean we have to be sprinting away from danger.”
